In this role, you'll: Work as part of our Fire Compliance team ensuring fire safety compliance across all Sydney Trains and NSW TrainLink railway stations and operational sites. Support the Essential Services Compliance Manager with the Annual Fire Safety Statement (AFSS) process by collecting and collating fire equipment inspection and testing results, base building and fire-related documents, previous AFSSs, equipment repairs status, and other information required as part of the AFSS process, ensuring all inspections, documentation, and regulatory requirements are met. Communicate with external stakeholders including local councils, tenants and maintenance service providers, and liaise with project teams and contractors to ensure fire safety systems meet legislative standards in a fast-paced environment. This is a permanent full-time role located at Granville with hybrid working arrangements in place meaning you can mix days in the office with working from home. At times you may be required to travel to various sites across the network as per business requirements, therefore flexibility is key. Minimum Requirements: Experienced in providing business coordination or administration support, ideally in a fire safety compliance or project coordination environment with the ability to review technical documents to ensure compliance and accuracy. Knowledge of fire equipment maintenance, building construction code compliance, or related fields preferred. You’re recognised for your ability to collaborate and communicate with a variety of stakeholders, strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
