Job Description About the Role This role is instrumental in implementing risk management and WHS frameworks, conducting site audits, and ensuring adherence to policies and procedures. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive professional looking to contribute to a culture of safety and operational excellence. What You'll Be Doing: Conducting site audits to ensure compliance with WHS and company standards. Supporting operational teams in implementing risk controls and safety initiatives. Assisting with incident investigations and recommending corrective actions. Monitoring and reporting on compliance performance metrics. Providing training and guidance to site teams on WHS and risk management practices. Ensuring Risk Assessments are regularly updated and site-specific risks are managed effectively. About You: Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety (BSB41419) or equivalent (essential). Experience conducting audits, inspections, and incident investigations. Strong understanding of Australian WHS legislation and compliance frameworks. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and train operational teams. Highly organised and detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Passionate about fostering a culture of safety and compliance.
