We have a great opportunity for an experienced and collaborative Coordinator to join our team on a full-time permanent basis. About the role As a people focused team member, you will play an integral role supporting the P&C team and utilising processes and systems to support the optimal delivery of a range of services across the employee lifecycle. Key responsibilities Coordination of employee documentation and correspondence Reviewing, updating and drafting policies and procedures Coordinating onboarding and offboarding Maintaining internal systems and processes Assisting employees with queries and internal systems support Preparing reporting as required Ensuring employee records are maintained and compliant Providing support to the Business Partners and wider People & Culture team Identify continuous improvements opportunities Providing WHS support About you You will be a holistic thinker who understands the importance of processes and how systems interact to support service delivery. You will need high attention to detail, strong communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to proactively manage your time. In addition, you will thrive in a complex environment and be motivated to contribute to an evolving era of service delivery to our employees. Exceptional MS Office skills are a must. To be successful in this position you will be tertiary qualified in HR, relevant experience and knowledge relating to HR related procedures and processes as well as working knowledge of a HRIS.
