We are looking for a Remote Coordinator connected to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities, with a strong understanding of their historical, geographic, health, social, and emotional wellbeing needs. Ability to maintain quality and consistency of service, safety, and culture throughout the services in your designated region, including incident and risk management. Exceptional relationship management skills with internal and external stakeholders (e.g., local councils, government, funders, and other stakeholders necessary to promote and grow the work of Orange Sky in your region). Demonstrated understanding of the health, social, and emotional wellbeing needs of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people. Excellent administration and time management skills, with the ability to manage complex and competing demands and meet deadlines. Ability to work both independently and within a team. A thirst to grow and develop as a member of the Orange Sky team. A proactive attitude and a genuine passion for our cause. A willingness to undertake significant travel within Australia. Special Conditions: All applicants must nominate an Aboriginal person or a Torres Strait Islander person who can attest to their ability to meet the cultural capability criteria. This person may be a community member, supervisor, or work colleague. Benefits At Orange Sky, we want every person to be "Better for Being Orange". As part of the Orange Sky team, you will work with a high-performing group while being supported in your personal growth and development in an inclusive and flexible environment.
