Lead engagement initiatives and programs to promote academic opportunities and pathways. Represent the University to advance relationships with schools through structured partnership programs. Increase the engagement and outreach of available academic initiatives. Develop and promote new pathway programs and opportunities with local institutions and industry. Full-time appointment on a fixed term basis from 31 March 2025 – June 2026. Base salary range: $100,524 – $111,534 p.a. plus 17% superannuation. About you Relevant tertiary qualification or demonstrated equivalent competency. Substantial and extensive relevant senior administrative experience at an appropriate level. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including excellent public speaking skills, strong interpersonal skills, the ability to work with a range of people from different cultural and educational backgrounds, and of different age groups. Broad knowledge of education systems; university admission requirements, policies, and procedures.
