Coordinator Strategic Asset Management Salary: $121,873 - $129,707 per annum Plus up to 14.5% superannuation (conditions apply) Restricted Private Use of Vehicle Ref No: 25-029 The City is seeking an experienced and suitably qualified person to oversee the management of the City’s infrastructure asset management strategies, plans, inventories, processes, and systems. This role is responsible for asset accounting processes and reporting related to City infrastructure, implementing the City’s Asset Management strategies and plans, as well as developing the annual five-year capital works program. Additionally, the position involves managing people, finances, projects, and contracts while delivering exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders. This position involves a diverse array of responsibilities and requires strong leadership and a commitment to timely delivery of projects. The successful candidate will possess significant experience in both strategic and operational asset management, particularly with high-profile and complex initiatives. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are essential. Your covering letter will need to address the following key criteria: Postgraduate tertiary qualification in Civil or Public Works Engineering, Information Systems and/or Asset Management, or working towards postgraduate tertiary qualification and equivalent relevant experience Extensive experience in the implementation and maintenance of strategic infrastructure asset management systems Extensive experience in developing and implementing infrastructure asset data management processes and standards Extensive experience in the implementation and maintenance of strategic infrastructure asset, financial and/or corporate information reporting systems Demonstrated experience with project, delivery and contract management tasks Highly developed people management skills Highly developed analytical and report writing skills Further information can be obtained by calling Ryan Ferts , Manager Asset Management on 9400 4576.
