(pro-rata) + Superannuation & Salary Sacrifice Benefits Adelaide CBD Part Time, Contracted Role working 18.75 hours per week up to 12 months About the role We’re seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Asset Management Program Coordinator (AMPC) to support the Manager, Engineering Services in overseeing programs and activities related to buildings and equipment within Statewide Clinical Support Services (SCSS). In this key role, you will provide efficient administrative support, including preparing meeting agendas, notes, and correspondence, while ensuring accurate records management and timely communication with stakeholders. You will collaborate with various teams and stakeholders to develop program submissions, contribute to business cases, and identify costs, outcomes, and timeframes for program completion. By delivering high-quality briefs and presentations, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth delivery of asset management programs that support SCSS’s operational goals and infrastructure needs. About You We’re seeking a proactive and organised Asset Management Program Coordinator to join our team. You will bring: Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to communicate effectively, develop positive relationships with senior staff, and produce clear, concise written materials. Organisational and Problem-Solving Abilities: Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, analyse data, resolve issues, and recommend process improvements. Experience in Administrative and Support Roles: Extensive experience with Microsoft Office, producing high-quality documents, supporting meetings, and maintaining office systems. Knowledge of Health and Safety and Quality Systems: Understanding of Work Health and Safety principles and Quality Management procedures to support safe and effective program delivery.
