Job Description Challenge yourself in this dynamic & fast-paced role in the Qantas IOC ASU Level 9 position operating on a 24/7 shift work roster Permanent and fixed-term positions available As a Coordinator Support in the Integrated Operations Centre (IOC), your work will see you responsible for the disruption management of all Flight Crew activities to maximise the schedule integrity of Qantas' Mainline flying operations. Your operational experience and ability to think outside the square will set you up for success within this pressurised environment. You’ll have: Demonstrated organisational and time management skills Ability to manage and resolve multiple problems, identifying and prioritising most critical on a cost/commercial pax basis Demonstrated ability to build and maintain mutually beneficial relationships with internal customers Ability to make commercially sound decisions in time-critical situations High level of computer literacy is required with intermediate skills and experience in Microsoft Suite including Outlook, Word & Excel An understanding of, and experience in CASA Regulations for Tech/Cabin Crew, and EBA interpretation Ability to commit to working on a 24/7 rotating shift roster Experience using crew tracking and reservations systems is advantageous Why Qantas?
