The Role: As the leader of the Corporate Accounts team, you will have full ownership of all strategic initiatives and amplify the key accounts management function, driving further growth of this market leading MedTech portfolio. You will coach, mentor & guide the existing team of Key & Corporate Account Managers and solidify relationships with key stakeholders across additional corporate accounts. You will partner tightly with other Director level stakeholders across varied internal functions to devise & deliver strategic initiatives that future proof the organisation and support further growth initiatives. Duties: Lead, coach & mentor the Key Account Management team Support development of long & short-term strategies Develop & maintain relationships with corporate Account c-suites Negotiate and lead tender & contracts processes Support forecasting & inventory duties Partner tightly with the wider leadership team Partner with Sales team on market development initiatives Qualifications/Experience: Previous Healthcare Corporate Accounts experience essential Exposure to local healthcare clinic setting essential Previous team leadership experience adv. Proven ability to build & maintain c-suites relationships ess.
