This dynamic position offers exposure to high-profile initiatives and collaboration with industry leaders. Your responsibilities will include:Supporting the Project Finance Director in developing, closing, and investing in transformative projects. Designing strategies and identifying opportunities in emerging sectors and asset classes. Implementing and refining business models for maximum efficiency. Providing reliable and insightful financial analysis. Building, reviewing, and optimizing financial models to support strategic decision-making. Collaborating across departments to drive business initiatives and plans. Contributing to capital planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes. Analyzing capital, debt structures, cash flow, and working capital requirements. Profile To succeed in this role, you will have:Proven experience in Corporate Development, M&A, or Bids/Tenders within the infrastructure sector. Professional qualifications such as CA, CPA, and/or CFA. Background in Professional Services, Investment Banking, or Management Consultancy. Exceptional analytical and financial modeling skills. The ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
