About the Role This role is ideal for a finance professional with strong analytical skills and a keen interest in investment evaluation, mergers & acquisitions (M&A), and financial structuring. You will be responsible for managing financial forecasts, analysing valuations, and overseeing transaction due diligence while engaging with key stakeholders across the business. Key Responsibilities Monitor forecasts and cash flow for investments, ensuring accuracy and alignment with financial objectives. Evaluate and execute M&A and other investment opportunities. Conduct valuation analysis and return assessments. Oversee transaction due diligence and structuring. Manage relationships with banks and other financial stakeholders to support financing requirements. Collaborate with internal business teams and senior stakeholders to achieve transactional goals. Candidate Requirements Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with experience in financial modelling and valuation being a significant advantage. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin (mandatory) . Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
