We're looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Corporate Security Manager with proven experience in the commercial space. The successful candidate will have the drive and willingness to work in a fast-paced and complex environment. Reporting to the Client Delivery Manager, the Corporate Security Manager will be responsible for overseeing Security Operations of the precinct. This role involves coordinating security personnel, implementing security protocols, ensuring the safety and security of the premises and assets, and driving a highly Customer Service Centric culture. Duties include: Leadership and Security Operations Management. High Standards of Customer Service. Great communication and problem-solving skills. Relationship Management with the tenants. Community Engagement. Develop and implement policies and procedures. Manage and lead a team of employees, including rostering, training, and performance management. Foster a positive work environment and culture. Conduct regular security audits and inspections. Implement corrective actions to address any issues or non-compliance. Oversee Contractor Management. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, tenants, and stakeholders. Address any client concerns or issues promptly and professionally. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Prepare and present regular reports on site performance, including operational and safety metrics. Maintain accurate records and documentation. Contribute to the development of the site’s strategic goals and objectives. Identify opportunities for improvement and innovation. Implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness. Skills and experience: A minimum of 5+ years' experience in the Corporate Environment as a Security Manager. Management Experience highly preferred. Fully qualified and Licensed for Security Operations in Queensland. Current National Police Check. Experience in management of a team in a highly regulated environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent prioritization and organizational skills, including the ability to multitask. A demonstrated commitment to internal and external service standards.
