Corporate Services Officer - South East Region Education (Organisation site ( ) )School and Regional Operations and Performance Division An exciting role is available in the Southeast Regional Office of the Department of Education working as a Corporate Services Officer to support the Fleet Management Service and assist in delivering the region's business functions. The ideal candidate will have administration experience, a passion for teamwork, and a strong ability to provide support across various corporate services functions. Your Role In this role, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the South East Regional Office Fleet, including: Organising vehicle and car park booking allocations Managing fuel cards and toll tags, vehicle servicing, maintenance and cleaning Monitoring vehicle usage and leasing arrangements and working as part of the state-wide fleet management team Maintaining various registers and databases and generating information for reporting purposes Responding to customer enquiries and providing advice Resolving any day-to-day operational issues that may arise Other general administrative, finance or facilities duties as required, including providing assistance to other teams within the South East Region Monitor corporate service activities of the region to ascertain needs and compliance with legislation and departmental policies Contribute to the maintenance of office equipment and consumable stock supplies, equipment repairs, disposal and purchase as necessary The ideal candidate will have experience with key corporate services functions relating to human resources, financial management, and facilities or the ability to demonstrate transferable skills through other job experiences. They will demonstrate flexibility, responsiveness, and a commitment to continuous improvement in service delivery.
