Job Description Cost Planning Proven ability to support the delivery of key education infrastructure projects. Understanding T-Reign and EFSG design guidelines Ability to navigate governance frameworks, gateway approval process and stringent reporting cycles. Tender Administration and Recommendation Client Management and Comms Internal Stakeholder Management and Comms Contribute to improving our service offering Complete key cost management reports in a timely manner as dictated by the Project Manager / Senior Cost Manager. Communicate any potential risks or opportunities with the Client on specific projects. Manage Client expectations through excellent communication. Always maintain the highest standards of Governance and Quality Assurance. Contribute to the overall improvement of service offering on the respective projects Qualifications Recognised degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or similar. Sound experience in cost planning in Education and Healthcare government projects (Client specific experience is a must). 4+ Years of experience in cost management roles with emphasis on consultancy roles. Has managed clients, contractors, and consultants directly in previous roles. Preferable RICS and/or AIQS accredited. CostX experience.
