Great opportunity for an experienced Couple & Family Counsellor | Supportive environment | 3 days a week in Macquarie Park 08th January, 2025 About Relationships Australia Relationships Australia NSW (RANSW) provides a safe, judgement-free environment where individuals, couples and families can address the critical matters impacting their relationships, and their lives. What you’ll do You'll provide high-quality counselling and therapy to couples, families and individuals to address the issues impacting their relationships. This can include general conflict, communication, domestic violence, mental health, addiction issues and child-protection. You'll use a Family Systems Framework in your counselling and provide information and referrals to improve the wellbeing of your clients. What you'll bring Experience working with couples and families using a robust Family Systems clinical framework is required Relevant tertiary qualifications in social work, psychology or equivalent Post-grad qualifications or training in Counselling or Couple and Family Therapy Strong understanding of family dynamics, child protection, domestic violence, mental health, and addiction A calm, professional and compassionate approach when engaging with clients Registered or eligible to be registered with PACFA or ACA The details Permanent part-time position 3 days per week based at Macquarie Park Approx $46 - $52 per hour (depending on skills & experience) + 11.5% super, 17.5% leave loading and tax-free salary packaging up to $15,900.
