Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Course Advisor (SDR) at the Institute of Applied Psychology. The Course Advisor will be responsible for providing information and guidance to prospective students on IAP's various courses. This role involves advising students on course selection, career paths, and enrollment procedures. While the position is primarily located in North Sydney, NSW, there are 3 days per week of remote work. Qualifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong sales and customer service abilities Understanding of psychology, therapy, or education fields Experience in student advising or sales roles Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suites Seniority level Entry level Employment type Full-time Industries Professional Training and Coaching #J-18808-Ljbffr
