Job Description
We are looking for someone to lead Art in Healthcare’s ambitions to increase access to visual art and creativity for individuals and communities in Scotland. This position is part-time, three days per week, with a salary of £35,000 pro-rata. Are you articulate, empathetic, and values-led? We seek an individual to lead our efforts in enhancing access to visual art and creativity, particularly focusing on individuals and communities that have been historically overlooked and underserved. You will devise, develop, and manage a range of creative programmes that cater to the needs, interests, and aspirations of participants. In collaboration with the wider Art in Healthcare team and artists, you will ensure that our services are inclusive, impactful, developmental, and sustainable. As part of the management team, you will contribute to achieving our six strategic aims, which can be reviewed in our Strategic Plan. The application deadline is Friday, 14 March 2025, at 12:00.
