What You’ll Be Doing In this pivotal role, you will guide our creative vision and inspire excellence across multiple brands and campaigns. From concept to execution, you’ll shape ideas that stand out, delivering extraordinary results. Lead, inspire, and mentor our talented creative team to produce boundary-pushing work. Own the creative process from strategy and ideation to execution, ensuring alignment with client goals and agency standards of excellence. Be the front-runner for pitches and presentations, leading brainstorming sessions that generate award-worthy concepts. Work closely with cross-functional teams—including strategy, production, and account management—fostering collaboration that delivers high-impact, multi-channel campaigns. Stay ahead of emerging trends and technology, championing innovation across every aspect of your work. You’ll empower your team to push creative boundaries, instilling a culture of curiosity, collaboration, and creative excellence. You'll be in the office 4 days and working from home on a Wednesday.
