With 40% of this role allocated on WPP Beauty Tech Labs, work with the biggest names in beauty : From L'Oréal Paris to Maybelline and Kiehl’s, you’ll lead influencer marketing for the world's most iconic beauty brands and categories. Drive Industry Content Innovation : Push the boundaries of content, social media, and influencer marketing by leveraging cutting-edge strategies and emerging platforms. This Role : As Creative Content Director, you are the driving force behind the conception and execution of transformative ideas and content that resonate across media landscapes, social, video, and entertainment platforms, and collaborative partnerships. Your strategic creativity ensures that our clients' brands not only achieve cultural and platform relevance but also experience substantial growth. You are the catalyst for innovation, propelling brand narratives that captivate audiences and drive engagement in an ever-evolving digital ecosystem. What You’ll Do : Work closely with the GroupM Goat and WPP Beauty Tech Labs teams to deliver exceptional results for our clients while fostering a culture that champions innovation, creativity, and collaboration. Drive big ideas that will grow clients’ businesses and help us win more client projects. Clearly articulate and deliver our growth and demand strategy for GroupM’s influencer offering. Identify new and / or diversified revenue streams, including working with GroupM agencies and external partners. Lead and review the creative work for the agency especially in social, content, and digital media and marketing. Drive creative work and awards (especially in the social space). Be at the forefront of technology knowing the nuances of social, video, and entertainment media platforms. Play an influential role in developing GroupM Goat’s social and influencer product. Spearhead and manage content strategy for both small and large projects. Analyze ongoing cultural and social trends. Your Responsibilities : Creative Content Leadership : Lead the ideation and development of cutting-edge social media and influencer / creator campaigns. Client Partnership Excellence : Build and nurture strong, trusted relationships with key clients. Culture of Innovation : Set a high standard for collaboration, continuous improvement, and bold ideas. Cross-Functional Collaboration : Collaborate with senior leadership across GroupM Goat and WPP Beauty Tech Labs. Strategic & Tactical Guidance : Offer expertise and thought leadership on content and social media trends. Innovation & Continuous Improvement : Champion a culture of experimentation and learning within the team. Growth Driver for GroupM Influencer Solution (Goat) : Play a lead role in designing and delivering our new business growth plan. Who You Are : Content Leader : You have a passion for social media, content creation, and influencer marketing with a proven track record of leading innovative campaigns. Client-Centric Mindset : You know how to build strong, trusted client relationships. Team Builder & Collaborator : You’re a natural leader who can foster a high-performance and collaborative culture. Strategic Thinker : You have a strong strategic mindset. Further Detail : At least 7 years of relevant experience, with five or more years in creative, content marketing and / or social. Experience in creating social / content marketing and advertising campaigns. Demonstrated success in developing and executing creative-led campaigns. Strong understanding of social and broader media landscape. What Success Looks Like : In 3 months, you would have immersed yourself in the team with an understanding of the status of all active and upcoming campaigns. In 6 months, you would have developed professional relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
