As Australia’s largest multi-artform cultural institution dedicated to children and young people, Carclew is a vital part of Australia’s youth arts and arts sector. We’re on the lookout for a dynamic individual to join our Arts Program team as Creative Learning and Engagement Officer. The Creative Learning and Engagement Officer plays a vital role in developing and delivering inspiring arts programs for children, young people, educators, and artists. This includes in-school workshops, professional development, learning resources and exhibitions that enhance engagement with the creative learning. The position is central to strengthening relationships with First Nations artists and broader artistic communities. The role also involves project administration and finance, program and resource development, stakeholder liaison and program evaluation to ensure the successful delivery of Creative Learning initiatives. You are a driven, detail-orientated and organised arts administrator or arts educator with a commitment to youth arts engagement. You value the role of professional artists in fostering creativity in children and young people and are committed to working with First Nations artists and communities. Your ability to plan, deliver and evaluate programs and resources effectively will contribute to Carclew’s ongoing impact on young people and the sector.
