Position Overview: You’ll collaborate closely with our e-commerce and floristry managers to craft strategies and create visual assets that boost our brand awareness. You'll lead a small, passionate creative team, producing captivating content across multiple platforms nationwide. Whether you’re drafting campaign briefs for exciting new product launches or coordinating dynamic billboard photoshoots, you’ll be the creative visionary propelling our brand to new heights whilst maintaining the visual integrity of the Daily Blooms brand. Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities: Responsible for executing a wide range of design tasks, including packaging, presentations, campaign rollouts, imagery resizing, retouching, and recolouring. Lead and manage the creative and design team to develop growth strategies that boost brand awareness and nurture our Daily Blooms community across both paid and organic channels. Oversee the marketing schedule to ensure the team is aligned with all key monthly milestones. Facilitate weekly work-in-progress meetings to keep projects blooming. Manage the EDM schedule, creating engaging, high-performing content that drives sales. Plan and execute dynamic campaigns for major dates such as Mother’s Day, Valentine’s Day, Easter, Christmas, and more. Coordinate brand collaborations to spark interest and amplify our brand through partnerships with like-minded businesses. Organize and lead campaign photoshoots—from initial mood boards to booking talent and coordinating the creative team. Collaborate with the e-commerce and floristry teams to ensure all creative assets work seamlessly across multiple platforms. Oversee workflow within the creative team to meet deadlines and ensure smooth operations across departments. Liaise with our Digital Marketing Agency to produce stellar content for both organic and paid platforms. Develop compelling brand identities for our in-house Daily Blooms brands. Stay updated with the latest design trends and introduce innovative strategies to keep our creative edge. Skills & Knowledge Proven management skills to lead a dynamic, small creative team across design, marketing, and content. A sharp eye for detail that ensures every element shines. Ability to offer constructive feedback that drives project success across multiple teams. Process-driven mindset with a passion for building systems that streamline workflow. Creative thinker with a knack for inspiring fresh ideas within the team. Excellent time management skills, confident in juggling multiple projects while meeting deadlines. Hands-on experience with Klaviyo for EDM design and scheduling. Strong communication skills to engage professionally with external brand partners. A keen interest in trends, both within and beyond the floristry industry. Qualifications & Experience Qualification in Graphic Design. Extensive experience in marketing and brand strategy. Experience in packaging design, from concept to final product. Experience in managing a team (preferred). 3+ years experience in e-commerce and online retail operations. 5+ years experience as a Graphic Designer (in-house or studio). Proficient in Adobe CC including Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Lightroom. Personal Attributes Warm energy, can-do attitude and an enthusiasm to learn. Have an interest in flowers! Eager to learn flower names, seasonality and care. Time management and organisational skills. Aptitude for fast-paced, creative problem-solving. Excellent interpersonal skills and relationship-building ability. Must be a self-starter with determination to seek tasks from concept to completion. Goal focused, team player. Happy managing a small team. Able to take and give constructive feedback and pivot when needed. Employment Types & Work Roster Full-time, 38 hours per week (Contract Position).
