Reporting to the Shared Services Manager, you will be an integral part of the business and ready to take on this evolving role. Duties: Managing, mentoring, and developing a team of 3-4 credit team leaders and fostering a high-performance culture across the 25+ team of credit officers. Continually reviewing processes and implementing change, such as evaluating new software and procedures to streamline current business operations. Overseeing and managing the credit operations and policies of the organization. Providing regular reports to senior management on the status of accounts receivable, aging reports, and credit risks. Analyzing transactional data, reports, and available financial data to highlight trends to relevant stakeholders. Maintaining positive relationships with customers and stakeholders while enforcing credit terms. Skills and Experience: 5+ years of experience in leading large teams in a Credit function. Highly skilled across different ERP systems and Excel. Strong communication skills, written and verbal. Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines. Strong attention to detail & high level of accuracy.
