We are currently recruiting a Culture and People Success Manager in a part-time role for our Toowoomba office. We have team members in Toowoomba, Stanthorpe and Brisbane delivering exceptional service to our clients across Accounting, Superannuation, Bookkeeping & Virtual CFO, Business Advisory, Leasing & Finance, Audit, ESG and Financial Planning services. Key Responsibilities: Ensuring the HR and IR compliance and legislative needs of the organisation are met with the guidance and support of our external HR provider Developing and maintaining effective relationships with key stakeholders such as directors, managers and the wider team Managing the overall life cycle of team members from recruitment, onboarding to managing employee exits Attending to and coaching managers on grievances and performance management HR Administration such as position descriptions, contracts of employment and other HR letters Coordinating cyclical HR activities such as performance reviews and our scholarship program The development, implementation and monitoring of appropriate policies and procedures to deliver an appropriate compliance framework and minimise risk Involvement in HR continuous improvement projects and change management Supporting and developing employee engagement Ensuring WH&S compliance Preparing HR reports on a regular basis for Management Meetings Be our Culture Champion that cultivates a positive and inclusive company culture that reflects our core values and mission What you'll need to succeed: Tertiary qualified in Human Resource Management and hold appropriate industry memberships or significant practical experience in the field is also acceptable Minimum 5+ years of practical experience in a similar role Be able to work well autonomously An excellent communicator, both written and verbally Be outcome driven and organised, with a strong attention to detail A problem solver with the ability to think outside the square Exposure to the professional services industry would be desirable Able to live our team values What’s on Offer: A culture that truly is second-to-none!
