Job Description
The primary purpose of a committee member is to provide independent, external advice to Sport Integrity Australia's Culture & Safety Advisor and SIA on cultural challenges and opportunities within the diverse sectors of the Australian community. Your guidance will help to address these challenges and opportunities, assess the appropriateness of SIA’s programs and interventions, and tackle broader strategic and operational issues relevant to SIA operations. Additionally, as a committee member, your insights, advice, and expertise will be instrumental in supporting the design, implementation, and review of SIA’s Culture & Safety Strategy. Your role will be pivotal to ensure sustainable outcomes aiming to address critical issues related to diversity, equity, inclusion, racism, and discrimination.
