About the role The Curriculum Services Officer is responsible for providing complex administrative processes for course and unit development and management, aligning delivery to the University's coop initiative, undertaking accreditation and re-accreditation for the academic portfolio.You will: liaise with designated stakeholders to implement and maintain a streamlined shared services framework; provide problem solving of requested support by academic staff and other stakeholders; support multiple facets of the academic and delivery lifecycle of Courses and participate in business process mapping; work closely with the Senior Curriculum Officer undertaking accreditation, re-accreditation and Course reviews; provide support to Committees including minute taking. About you Reporting to the Manager, Curriculum Services you will have administrative experience in a Higher Education setting including proven analytical and problem solving skills with attention to detail.You will possess: demonstrated ability to prioritise multiple tasks and work effectively to conflicting timelines and deadlines; demonstrated knowledge and/or experience working in University business systems and advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite; demonstrated ability to work autonomously and cooperatively in a team environment; demonstrated ability to interpret policies and procedures, providing clear and consistent advice to stakeholders.
