Add expected salary to your profile for insights Grosvenor Engineering Group are looking for a motivated Customer Account Manager – Fire . This unique role will give you the opportunity to work out of our centrally located Brisbane office. The role will see you heading out to client sites to manage new and existing relationships, actively seeking new opportunities for growth, and sharing your extensive technical knowledge within the Fire Services Industry. The Role: Become the face of the Grosvenor fire team, building relationships with clients and sub-contractors. Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts. Assist in identifying client needs and providing tailored solutions. Collaborate with internal teams and sub-contractors to ensure client requirements are met. Assist with the growth of our Fire Service division throughout Regional Queensland. Requirements: Confidence in communicating with stakeholders across all levels and backgrounds. Previous experience in co-ordination in dry and wet fire works. Demonstrable emotional intelligence and cultural awareness. A strong knowledge of AS1851-2012, AS1670, AS2118 and other industry relevant Australian Standards. Tertiary education in Frontline Management would be an advantage. Why Grosvenor?
