In your role as a Trainee Customer Advisor, you will be given the training you need to help customers with transactions, educate them on our online platforms and tools, recommend the bank’s products and services to help them achieve their financial goals. Based in our Wodonga Branch, we will support you to achieve a Certificate III in Business. This is undertaken as paid on-the-job training within work hours and in conjunction with a registered training organisation. In return you’ll receive a 12-month, full time contract , with salary paid based on the National Training Award. Please note: You will be employed by CVGT. Based on the needs of the business, there is potential for this to lead into an ongoing opportunity. Confidence to communicate with new and existing customers face to face and over the phone. An ability to articulate and share what makes our bank different.
