Our client is seeking a dedicated Customer Care Specialist to join their dynamic team in Melbourne. This role offers the opportunity to be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional support and service across various touchpoints. What you'll do: Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms, providing prompt and efficient service. Investigate and resolve customer concerns including billing disputes, payment issues, service interruptions, and usage inquiries. Assist customers with account setup, updates, service transfers, payment arrangements, and disconnections/reconnections.
