About this Opportunity Reporting directly to the Manager Business Development & Contracts, as the Customer Contracts Manager, you will coordinate all aspects of customer contract management on behalf of RFDS SA/NT, including governance, performance reporting and oversight of RFDS’s delivery of its contractual obligations. Responsibilities: Prepare a contract management plan for RFDS SA/NT customer contracts. Educate RFDS stakeholders about the contract including scope of services, KPIs and their responsibilities. Ensure contract timelines and key dates are understood by the business. Manage record keeping for all contract-related meetings, correspondence, documentation and issue and decision registers. About You You are: Experienced in contract negotiation, administration and/or management. A strong relationship builder and able to develop customer relationships. A self-motivated team player who can work independently with limited oversight.
