About the role We are now looking for permanent Customer Experience Representatives at our Mascot location. You will be responsible for attending to customers' vehicle hire requirements, ensuring our customers receive quality service and an experience they would repeat, share, or recommend. The available roles will be worked in accordance with our branch operating hours of Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm, Saturday to Sunday 8am to 3pm. Your role and responsibilities: Providing outstanding customer service by understanding and anticipating their needs Opening and closing car rental agreements Selling additional over-the-counter car rental products Conditioning returned vehicles Checking for and recording vehicle damage Driving and ferrying vehicles We can offer you: A performance-driven culture that endorses its company values (honesty, respect, accountability, trust, and loyalty). About you: Excellent communication skills and a positive ‘Can do’ attitude Ability to meet or exceed targets and KPIs set Strong problem-solving and complaint-handling skills Ability to work both unsupervised and within a team Ability to multi-task and highly organised with strong attention to detail Willingness to travel and work between locations A full and current relevant State driver’s licence Experience, although preferred, is not essential.
