Save Customer Finance Business Analyst Customer Finance Business Analyst | Contract until 30th June 2025 | Brisbane CBDYour new company Hays has partnered with a Federal Government agency to recruit a customer finance business analyst based in Brisbane until 30th June 2025.Your new role We are seeking a dedicated customer finance business analyst. This role is for a process business analyst with a sound knowledge of finance.In this role you will be accountable for providing support to the Director in the operational management of the office, the delivery of excellent customer service, and the promotion of the Public Trust Office services.Key Responsibilities: Proven expertise in developing and documenting business processes, including process mapping and procedural writing, with proficiency in Visio. Led the design, establishment, and implementation of performance reporting, including identifying metrics, setting up reports, dashboards, and reporting systems within the Trust work unit (Customer Finance). Enhanced existing reporting processes to enable timely and informed decision-making for managers, the Director, and the Chief Finance Officer, ensuring proper escalations. Developed, implemented, monitored, and reported on systems, policies, practices, and procedures for Customer Finance operations to improve efficiency and service delivery. Conducted process walkthroughs to understand current practices, enhance productivity, streamline operations, and identify inefficiencies. Collaborated with all Customer Finance teams to unify and automate disparate reporting across the division. What you'll need to succeed Possession of tertiary qualifications in Business, Commerce or previous experience as a Business Analyst will be well regarded.
