About Our Client Our client is a large-scale enterprise in the media and agency industry, employing over 2000 individuals. With a solid presence in Mount Waverley, their work spans a diverse range of media services, offering great opportunities for growth and exposure to the industry. Job Description Estimating workload for assigned accounts in wide-format production, with additional support for offset and digital tasks as needed. Transforming estimates into job orders and making updates as necessary. Working closely with the Operations Manager to choose optimal suppliers and negotiate competitive pricing. Entering job information into our system and ensuring all necessary paperwork (such as purchase orders, estimates, and delivery details) is received. Handling daily inquiries from customers and account managers. Preparing accurate impositions and ensuring all production information is current. Issuing purchase orders for materials and services in a timely manner, ensuring they remain within the quoted budget. The Successful Applicant A successful Customer Orders Coordinator should have: A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field Experience in a customer service or order management role Strong organisational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in using customer service software and databases What's on Offer A competitive salary within the range of $80,000 - $95,000 based on experience and qualifications Free onsite parking Salary packaging/Novated Lease options for eligible staff A positive and professional working environment in the media and agency industry Opportunities for career advancement in Mount Waverley and beyond #J-18808-Ljbffr
