About the Role Reporting to the Senior Customer Experience Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks, coordination and the operational management of both the Diamond Advantage extended warranty program and connected vehicle services. You will work closely with various departments, stakeholders, and external partners to deliver high-quality service to customers and help maximise the performance of these programs. Core Responsibilities Oversee the operational execution of Mitsubishi Motors Extended Warranty Program and Connected Car Services, ensuring that all processes are streamlined, accurate and customer-centric Ensure the Diamond Advantage program meets all compliance measurements from sales to service, including management of issues or non-conformance Manage relationships with third-party partners, including service providers and technology vendors to ensure their successful performance against KPIs and other metrics Collect, analyse, and report on key performance metrics related to customer programs and provide insights and recommendations based on analysis Continually look for ways to improve the functionality of solutions, the experience of customers, and opportunities for automation and efficiency Essential Skills and Experience Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline, or equivalent skills, knowledge and experience Previous experience with business process mapping and business process re-engineering Sound understanding of process excellence and process improvement methodologies Excellent analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills Strong attention to detail and data accuracy We want you to join MMAL and build your career with us – you will enjoy a range of perks and discounts on products and services from both us and our partners, including: Access to our unique Employee Car Benefit Plan – access up to four brand-new vehicles at an affordable rate!
