Target Recruitmenta member of WMS Group (15C7744) Location: Alexandra Work Week: 5 days Min. Qualification: Diploma Experience: 1 to 2 years Job Description/ Requirement Responsibilities Handles customer complaints (VOC, emails, calls etc) Coordinates/interacts with different departments to ensure customer issues are resolved in a timely manner. Ensures customer receives the highest level of customer service Provides prompt, courteous, professional & accurate responses to customers Ensures adherence to internal policies, procedures and practices Pitch new ideas/solutions to improve customer experience Investigates customer complaints Works directly with customers to meet their needs, answer their questions and provide support Administrative tasks Prepares reports and analyze data Performs all other duties assigned by supervisor or manager Requirements Diploma in Business or its equivalent Min 1 to 2 years of working experience preferably in customer service/call center with analyzing and reporting experience.
