About the role Reporting to the Engagement Marketing Manager, the CRM Specialist will play a pivotal role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our CRM team. You’ll be hands-on with tasks like crafting and delivering engaging email campaigns, building dynamic audience segments, and keeping our onsite and app content fresh and relevant. This role is crucial in championing our Engagement Marketing team’s mission to drive data-driven results. What you'll be responsible for Develop and execute campaigns and projects, including co-branding, events, and lead-sharing. Execute marketing strategy by using relevant marketing channels. Develop and distribute content that supports key business or marketing goals. Skills you'll need Works with others by being open, clear in communication and listening to achieve goals. Generates multiple innovative/new/novel ideas to solve a problem. Accurately identifies and rectifies discrepancies or errors that exist in information and deliverables.
