With full training provided, we are now seeking like-minded individuals to join our team as a Customer Relationship Specialist, working in our Parramatta office on a full-time permanent basis. As a Customer Relationship Specialist at Complete Credit Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in assisting customers to achieve financial stability. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with customers to negotiate payment plans and settlements that are fair and achievable. You will also: Debt Collection and Account Management: locating (skip-trace) and establishing contact with customers through high volume outbound/inbound calls and managing assigned accounts. Negotiation: negotiating payment arrangements and crafting win-win solutions tailored to the customer's unique financial situation. Customer Support: taking steps to resolve customer inquiries or disputes. Compliance and Quality Assurance: adhering to relevant debt collection laws and regulations and meeting minimum call standards across all customer interactions. Smart casual dress code - dress for your day! About you: No previous collections experience required; we provide on-the-job training with ongoing support, development, and coaching. However, the successful candidate will have: The ability to work in a high-volume call centre environment in both an inbound and outbound setting. Previous experience in financial services, banking, and/or call centre roles are highly regarded (however not essential). Previous experience in hospitality, retail, customer service, sales (or similar roles) is advantageous. Results driven and motivated to achieve targets. Computer literacy and time management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills - with excellent negotiation capabilities. Enjoys problem-solving, lateral thinking, and thinking ‘outside the box’. Comfortable learning new systems and ways of working. Note this is a full-time position - work hours are Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5pm.
