In this key role, you will serve as the primary strategic point of contact for our clients in the private sector. Your focus will be on building and nurturing long-term relationships, ensuring that clients’ needs are met, and driving business growth. Collaborating with internal teams, you will deliver exceptional service and act as a trusted advisor to our clients, contributing to their ongoing success. Key Responsibilities Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, lasting relationships with customers, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor and advocate for their needs within Hellomonday. Strategic Consultation: Regularly engage with clients to gain deep insights into their business challenges and opportunities, advising them on tailored solutions that align with their goals. Revenue Growth: Proactively identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell Hellomonday's products and services, driving additional revenue while enhancing customer satisfaction. Contract Negotiation: Lead contract renewals, pricing discussions, and negotiations to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes for both clients and the company. Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales team to support tenders and proposals for existing customers, ensuring alignment across all teams. Cross-functional Partnership: Partner with Customer Success, Product, and other internal teams to ensure customers derive maximum value from our products and services, addressing any challenges or opportunities promptly. Performance & Targets: Consistently meet or exceed annual revenue and retention targets through strategic planning and execution. Market Expertise: Maintain a deep understanding of our products, services, and the competitive landscape, ensuring that your recommendations are always based on the latest industry trends. CRM Management: Ensure accurate and up-to-date client records, tracking all activities, communications, and opportunities in the CRM system for smooth account management. Ideal Candidate Experience & Track Record: 2+ years of experience in account management, relationship management, or similar roles, ideally in an HR or services environment. Proven ability to drive revenue growth and enhance customer retention. Client-Focused: Strong ability to connect business needs with high-impact, customer-centric solutions that add real value to clients’ operations. Communication & Negotiation Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and manage complex discussions. Organisation & Attention to Detail: Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a focus on delivering results and managing multiple priorities simultaneously. Self-Motivated & Collaborative: A proactive self-starter who can work independently but also thrives in a team-oriented environment. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
