Right now, we’ve got several exciting roles up for grabs, including an experienced Customer Service Manager (CSM), Settlements Officer, and a candidate with experience in asset finance lending. Key Responsibilities Managing loan applications end-to-end – prepping, lodging, and tracking approvals Supporting brokers with credit assessments, policy understanding, and compliance Communicating with clients to guide them through key milestones in the lending process Utilising lending calculators, MyCRM, and ApplyOnline to manage workflows efficiently Working closely with lenders to troubleshoot and structure deals effectively Who We’re Looking For Experience in loan processing, settlements, or broker support Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure Knowledge of lender policies, credit assessment, and compliance Open to broker assistants or credit analysts who are keen to expand their experience in end-to-end loan applications Experience working with asset finance loans (or an interest in growing in this area) Why Join Loan Market Geelong?
