As the leader in their industry, they provide a complete range of sustainable waste management solutions.About your new job:As an experienced Dispute Liaison Officer, you will be responsible for the management of disputed customer accounts. Your duties will include: Identify the root cause of disputes raised. Investigate, mediate or negotiate resolutions by engaging and driving all internal stakeholders and customers. Providing great customer service to customers, leaving them with a great lasting impression. Creating and adjusting account information in the accounting system.
