Division: N/A Location: Parramatta, NSW, AU, 2150 Req ID: 72230 Customer Service Officer Multicultural NSW Location – Parramatta/Hybrid Employment type: Two temporary full-time positions till 30 June 2025 with a possibility of extension. Grade: Grade 3/4 Salary: $82,193 - $90,001 pa plus employer contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading. Your role Provide customer service, advice and solutions in accordance with agency policies and procedures. You will also undertake a range of administrative tasks in relation to the translation and interpreting services. What you’ll do As part of the Language Services division, you will: Provide high level of customer service. Coordinate translation and transcription projects. Work collaboratively in a team environment, participating actively in team meetings and projects, and provide advice on the effective delivery of services. Develop sound relationships with various stakeholders. You'll work as part of a multicultural team of customer service officers and translators in the Language Services division that provides translation, transcription and interpreting services to a wide range of customers. What we’re looking for Demonstrated experience in the provision of quality customer services. Demonstrated experience in managing multiple competing priorities, and ability to adapt to changing work environment quickly. Effective communication skills. Experience working in a language services industry (Translation/Interpreting project coordination experience) preferred.
