Target Recruitmenta member of WMS Group (15C7744) Location: Alexandra - Work Week: Monday to Friday (8.30 am to 6.15 pm), Saturday (8.30 am to 2.00 pm) – (by OT claim) Min. Qualification: O-Level Experience: 1 to 2 years Job Description/ Requirement Responsibilities Handling redemption process and making calls to customers who made reservations to update the gift status. Attending to walk-in customers for gift redemption and carry-in repair for CE products such as MC, players & others. Warranty data entry. Answering customer inquiries. Helping out in other ad hoc duties as and when required. Requirements Min GCE “O” Level or its equivalent. At least 1 to 2 years working experience in face-to-face customer service/frontline customer service. Able to differentiate between false and genuine claims. Good English communication & basic soft skills. A team player and motivated to serve customers. Computer knowledge. Requires working every Saturday with 1 Saturday optional.
