The day-to-day: As the first point of contact at One55, our customer service team provides members with a warm and friendly welcome, ensuring a positive and memorable experience. This role is responsible for general reception duties, managing the membership database, assisting with membership sales, preparing Café food and beverage items, and ensuring the gym floor is well-presented at all times. Our perfect fit: Someone who is positive, outgoing, and can establish and maintain strong relationships with our team and members. Excellent organization, attention to detail, and time management are essential. This role suits someone who is proficient in Microsoft Office and has experience providing exceptional customer service (over the phone and face to face). The Perks!
