">Job Description ">We are seeking a dedicated Service Coordinator to join our team at Aveo Mountain View. As a true 'all-rounder' within the village, you will provide support to residents and respond to any incidents & queries. You'll be a friendly and reliable team member that enjoys a high level of customer/resident interaction. ">Key Responsibilities ">">Provide general admin and concierge services to residents and assist with any resident requests ">Be the first responder to any village issues that arise including emergency calls, safety & security issues and providing first aid where needed ">Coordinate fun, social and inclusive activities for the residents ">Complete general domestic cleaning of apartments or common areas ">Be flexible with rostering and shift arrangements as we staff our communities 24 hours a day "> ">Requirements ">To be successful in this role, you will need: ">">Experience in any customer-facing roles highly desired (e.g. hospitality, retail, aged care, cleaning or administration) ">Current First Aid & CPR Certificate (required or be willing to obtain prior to employment) ">Current Police Check Certificate (required, but if you do not possess, we can complete for you) ">Current COVID-19 Vaccinations up-to-date (required) "> ">Our Culture ">At Aveo, we value our team members and strive to create a supportive and inclusive work environment.
