This role will allow you to develop a positive team culture through your effective leadership skills, strong communication and drive to deliver exceptional customer service. We are looking for a dynamic, highly skilled and motivated individual to join our fast-paced and supportive team. The successful candidate will: Undertake and maintain systems and processes that support the effective administration of the customer service team. Assist with coordinating the daily administrative functions of the Customer Experience team including roster management, retail and merchandise stock management, purchase ordering, responding to customer enquiries and ensuring all customer service areas are presentable. Support the Customer Experience Team Leader in the training and development of Customer Service and Member Experience staff. Be an active participant within the high achieving Leisure team, who contribute positively to our inclusive, constructive and community-focused culture at Yarra.
