The Role As aCustomer Solutions Engineer at Zepben , you will play acritical role in bridging ourtechnology and customers . You'll work across three key areas: Discovering customer use cases - engaging with users to understand their challenges and identify opportunities to improve workflows. Prototyping technical features - working with the development team to shape and test new power systems capabilities. Onboarding and supporting customers running workshops, providing training, and ensuring users can maximise the value of our software. This is ahands-on role where you'll drive theadoption of our technology, influence product development, and support the energy transition by enabling greater integration of renewable energy into the grid. Core Responsibilities Prototype and test new power systems software features. Engage with customers to uncover use cases and value opportunities. Identify and improve user workflows to enhance the software experience. Validate and refine new power system modelling features. Lead onboarding workshops and training sessions for new users. Collaborate with the development team to translate customer needs into technical requirements. Your Skills & Qualifications Required: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent professional experience. 2-4+ years experience delivering technical projects and working with external stakeholders. Understanding of electrical systems, network challenges, and power systems modelling. Strong communication skills with the ability to build client relationships and convey technical concepts clearly. Nice to have: Experience working withDistribution Network Service Providers (DNSPs) . Exposure toPython, SQL, or scripting languages . Exposure to the Common Information Model (CIM) Experience with power systems modelling tools such asOpenDSS, PowerFactory, or Sincal .
