Your Role & Responsibilities Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies across various platforms. Utilize lead generation techniques to attract like-minded individuals through social media (Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.). Conduct structured interviews with candidates via phone (scripts & training provided). Arrange and facilitate online Q&A sessions and follow-up appointments. Mentor and support new clients, providing them with the tools and training to succeed. Build your personal brand and establish a strong online presence. What We’re Looking For Minimum 5 years of professional experience (either self-employed or with a reputable company). A self-motivated, open-minded approach, driven by excellence and integrity. Strong communication skills and proficiency in English (spoken & written). Experience in digital marketing, sales, or business development. Familiarity with major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn). Ability to work independently, take ownership, and thrive in an entrepreneurial environment.
