Full Time Opportunity We are currently seeking a passionate and motivated Customer Support Agent to join our dynamic Customer Support team. Our Customer Support Agents liaise directly with our customers both over the phone and in writing, assisting them with their enquiries and various types of post-sales requests, ensuring every customer interaction is at the heart of everything we do.The successful candidate will be responsible for receiving inbound calls from customers and making outbound calls to customers in regard to their policies, as well as utilising their effective problem-solving skills. They will also be responsible for processing work items from internal and external customers which deliver positive customer outcomes. What are we looking for? Experience in a customer service environment and the ability to provide customers with the highest levels of customer experience and quality. Commitment to the delivery of exceptional customer service on all customer interactions. Excellent complaint and conflict handling skills. Highly empathetic. Professional phone manner. Strong team player. Excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills. Attention to detail and highly organised. Ability to problem solve. Ability to build and maintain rapport. A strong ability to multitask. Able to work under high pressure and meet deadlines.
