Job Description
I'm in need of a professional to create a chat bot for my website primarily dedicated to customer support. The bot should be capable of handling automated responses and seamlessly handing over to a live chat agent when necessary. Key Aspects of the Project: The chat bot should be able to autonomously respond to common customer inquiries. It should have the capability to transfer more complex queries to a live support agent.
