About The Role This role supports our Sales team, providing customer support and data entry of customer orders through: Processing customer orders via Redox’s in-house system Providing phone/email support for customer service enquiries Confidently liaising internally and externally with our transport, warehouse and sales team to ensure our customer deliveries are completed in a timely manner About You You are forward thinking, possess excellent time management, problem solving and organisation skills, with high attention to detail. You demonstrate excellent communication skills – verbal and written with a polite and professional phone manner. Essentials Ability to work to meet deadlines. Ability to work both within a team environment and independently. Reliability and punctuality, be a forward thinker. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Applications. Training on our customised in-house system will be given; however, experience in a similar customer service role and administrative skills would be looked upon favourably.
