Job Description Partner with CXO and senior leadership to define and lead the organization's cyber security journey, aligning strategies with business objectives and driving transformational outcomes. Develop and implement enterprise-wide cyber security strategies to enhance the organisation's security posture, operational efficiency, and resilience against evolving threats. Provide trusted advisory services, offering expert guidance on governance, risk management, and compliance to foster a proactive security culture across leadership and teams. Design and establish best-practice policies, processes, and frameworks to strengthen cybersecurity governance. Collaborate with customers as a strategic partner to identify tooling needs, oversee deployment, and optimise security solutions for maximum efficiency and effectiveness. Lead the development and execution of initiatives to uplift cyber security maturity, integrating innovative approaches and industry-leading standards. Stay ahead of emerging threats, technologies, and regulatory requirements, translating insights into strategic advice that empowers informed decision-making. Mentor and educate internal teams and leadership on cyber security best practices, fostering a shared commitment to security excellence and operational resilience.
